To download your games:
- Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
- Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
- Go to your My Games
- Download

ok it works now! now the problem is logging in while I'm playing - the game says it needs to be updated, when i go to update it says i have the latest version.
