@wexxam There's no way to stop sims from gaining career outfits, if that's what you mean. What about them is a problem? If there are specific CAS items you don't want used, NRaas Dresser might help, but Dresser does come with more of a learning curve than most mods, NRaas or otherwise.
More generally though, sims will have seemingly randomized career outfits if their job doesn't have a specific outfit, for example the part-time jobs or the cash register roles. I've seen a lot of them gain graduation robes as the career outfit, or similarly unsuitable clothing, and the only thing to do is edit the outfit itself.
