@4LettersNCountin You need to start the game with the launcher. If the game does not start with the launcher something is wrong. Are you starting the game from Origin or are you bypassing the launcher?

@4LettersNCountin We are back to the clearing the browsing history in IE. The game uses the IE APIs to communicate. If the site is restarted the stored cookie in IE becomes invalid and needs to be removed or replaced. The cookie will expire after a time. If this doesn't work then something is blocking the communication (antivirus, ad blocker, etc).
@4LettersNCountin Just this morning I had to clear the cookies in IE because of the blank welcome screen in the launcher. I cleared the cookies, closed IE , restart game, and now I get the login screen in the welcome tab of the launcher and I login and all is well.
Try this...it worked for me...
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the little cog in the upper right
Choose Internet options
Choose the Advance tab then click the button that says Reset
Tick the Delete Personal Settings Box then the Reset Button
Close Internet Explorer
Open the Launcher and it should be fixed!
