Hi there @deweyylewis 

Are you checking your Order History from the EA app, or are you looking over your purchase history on TheSims3.com? If you purchased your pack directly from TheSims3.com, please look over your purchase history here and let me know if you see the completed transaction for this pack.

  • Hi, ı checked both but ı can't see anything about this pack but when click the link which is comes from ea to my e mail, about the purchase mail says ''completed''.

    Are you sure you're logging into the same EA account that you made this purchase on? It sounds like you may have purchased your pack on a secondary EA account instead if you're not seeing it in your account's order history.

    I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can search your order number from this purchase and see what's happened with your pack- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to investigate into this further with you. 

    Please reach out to live support by submitting a help request on the site here and provide the live support team with the order number you were given so they can investigate into this a bit further. If you run into any issues contacting live support, you can let me know. 

  • Hello. My problem isn't solved. ı mailed my problem also they said they will fix it or refund my money but ı still can't see my purchase or ı didn't get any refund.I don't know what sould do about it!

  • It says ''waiting on player'' and asks close the case or resume that's it.

    A 'waiting on player' status means the live support team has contacted you for more information- please check your email for their most recent reply on this.

  • My case is closed but ı couln't get any help or refund. It is just so annoying ı paid but ı can't get anyting! I purchased seasons pack again 2 days ago, ı couldn't get the pack again it is incredible! Thank god this time ı got an email and ı got my refund. Then today ı purchased the pets pack and gues what ı couldn' get anything just like the first time! 

    Why it is too hard the help your costumers? I mean from october how come someone couldn't fix my problem!
