@Bailorex  It sounds like maybe one of your packs didn't load in your last play session.  The game will attempt to replace any items from a missing pack, but if no equivalent item exists, the old one will just disappear without anything new in its place.

Please make sure that both Late Night and High-End Loft Stuff are loading when you play.  For Late Night, click New Game at the Main Menu and see whether you have the option to start a save in Bridgeport.  You don't actually have to load it; if Bridgeport is listed, then you know LN loaded and can go back to your existing save.  For HELS, once you load your save, go to Buy mode and look for the BeoWuff Stack, in Sort by function > Electronics > Stereos.  If it's there, HELS loaded; if it isn't, the pack didn't load.

If the packs aren't loading, quit the game, reopen the launcher, click the Expansions & Stuff tab, uncheck the boxes next to your packs, and check them again.  There's no need to click Install; just checking the boxes should make the launcher load those packs.

For the Steampunk stove, try clearing your browser cache and reloading your purchase history.  And you can contact EA customer support to request that the multiple charges for the one item be reversed.

Be sure to choose a category like "payment error" rather than "request a refund," as the latter can make a support rep think you're asking for a refund for the money you used to purchase points, which isn't something that can be granted.  An erroneous charge of points should be fixable though.
