Thanks for the tip, but I don't think so, it's from the very first day of work, and even on ones where they use their regular clothes... They haven't even gotten a work uniform, because they can't go to work at all. When the car comes in the morning, the task comes up, but before they can start it, it's cancelled (it queues up like normal, but is cancelled when activated). Even if they would use other clothes for the job, it's cancelled before they would change.

But I could try to start the job task, then go to the dresser and see if they have a job uniform assigned at all.

On the other hand, the one with problems in my current save has a custom work uniform from her earlier ghost hunter job, maybe that could be the culprit.

But another one on my newest game has never gotten the chance to start any job yet.

Alright, that actually did solve it. I went back home and made a custom outfit, and then she went to work without problem. Strange bug.
