Sounds like a bug.
Can you buy it with someone else or does that not work either ? Collection Helper should be transfereable as far as I know.

I didn't try with my other characters because majority of my time was went into the one I talked about. I also don't have a use for it for my other characters along with not gaining enough lifetime points to even reach it. Can I do anything to fix it?
Are you using any mods in your game ?
