sounds odd but can you check you can access your "my page" on the sims3 website? There seems to be a  growing number of us who have this problem and can't  access the "my page" feature without being logged off

    I'm having the same issue. And I can't access "my profile" on the website, I just get logged out as wodmarach said. Trying to click my profile link in Sims 3 launcher just gives me error 404.

    Yes I can't access my page online, it says error 404 then logged me off :/
