I had the same problem, make sure you're using the same origin account you used when you originally installed the games with. You should be able to redeem the codes if the games aren't already on there. SAME ACCOUNT when you first installed though.

i am having the same problem and its really annoying me. ok first, i forgot my password and username for my first origin ID that i first installed sims 3 on. so i made another one today and i try and put my code in, and its saying 'this code has already been used'. but i forgot my password for my other account so i cant redeem it or whatever. i really dont like origin to be honest. i just wanna play sims. and is it possible offline?

Hi im having the same problem too. I have forgotten everything for my first account i would like to use my product key on my new account how can i do this. Please someone tell me what to do. if the wait time seems too long they could be just really busy but also try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
OH NO ☹️ Before i reset my laptop i was trying to install sims4 on my laptop, just had a few struggles getting it so i gave up. then one day i had to reset my laptop because of the viruses, i had my email and password on the laptop and silly me i haven't written it down in my dairy so when ive done that i put the Norton (protection for laptops)on my laptop. so now i created another origin account and tried again with installing sims4 because i found out what i done wrong the first time while trying to install it, when it came up to type in the code, i typed it in and it said it already been used. i feel so angry because ive waited so long to play this game and i always have bad luck trying to reach the finish line of installing the game. *sigh* guess i have to buy another sims4

2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

I'm having this problem too but with sims 4 limited edition,i bought it at at a charity auction, it is brand new and worthless, i have just got of the phone from origin and they said even tho its New the code has been already registered, they told me to return it but i was told when i won the auction because of copyrights there are no returns on DVDs and games... I FEEL RIPPED OFF and will never purchase a game again that needs to be registered online from EA or origin.
Well I never had an account and it's telling me it's already been used
