Re: Purchase not showing in Billing History

Did you check your purchase history on thesims3.com ? https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

Anyways, try this to contact customer support

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
  2. Choose the US flag at the bottom if it isn't already
  3. Click on this link: Live Chat (I tried to fill out the necessary fields for you so that you can directly go to live chat)
  4. Click on Chat Now and wait until your connected to an game advisor (it sometimes takes very long even when it says 5 min.

    Hey and thank you for your answer.  Yes I checked purchase history several times.  There is nothing there.  I today received an email from Origin saying that they have shipped the item.  Now I am totally confused as I thought it to be a digital download!

    I will try the live chat thing and see what happens if I can find it.  And I went round and round yesterday on the 'answers' thing getting nowhere.

    Thanks again for your help lets hope I find a solution soon.

    Ok so i tried the live chat link - clicked on it took me to the game advisor webpage.  But all I get is asked for more information and when I fill in the appropriate boxes nothing else happens.  There is no 'continue button' or anything else.  All I get is a solutions box to click and when I do i get a list of useless faqs that have nothing to do with my problem ☹️

    Am I doing something wrong?

    I went back and tried your live chat link again and this time i'm glad to say it worked!

    I got the mystery solved - so thank you for all you help - I couldn't have solved it without that  😕mileyhappy:

    Turn out I ordered the box version of this bundle.  There is no digital download for a PC.  So it has been shipped now and I am just waiting for it to arrive.

    Hope it is soon.

    Thank again for answering and taking the time to help me solve this - it is much appreciated.
