Purchase not showing in Billing History

Did you check your purchase history on thesims3.com ? https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html
Anyways, try this to contact customer support
- https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
- Choose the US flag at the bottom if it isn't already
- Click on this link: Live Chat (I tried to fill out the necessary fields for you so that you can directly go to live chat)
- Click on Chat Now and wait until your connected to an game advisor (it sometimes takes very long even when it says 5 min.

Turn out I ordered the box version of this bundle. There is no digital download for a PC. So it has been shipped now and I am just waiting for it to arrive.
