Do you have any mods installed? Specifically alchemy mods? I had 

More Alchemy Potions + Potions for Pets

when I took the mods out it worked for me. I had the same issue.

    I had a mod I made myself to make all alchemy potions free, I guess I can do without it haha. And thank you so much for the help, too, Rum. :3
