@WcaleNieOlek  It's possible that the only thing you need to do is to restart your computer a couple of times.  (Seriously, it often works.)  But if that doesn't help, you can clear Origin's cache, or even uninstall and reinstall Origin itself, which would not affect your installed games.

The other possibility is that your pack has been deactivated.  This could be a mistake on EA's end, but if you bought IP from an unauthorized third-party seller, the code could be bad.  For a little more than a year, EA has been systematically deactivating codes that were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, even though the players usually had no idea that their games were affected.  The only way to find out if this is the case, or to have your account reset if this is a mistake, is to contact EA customer support.  No one here can see your account details, much less change them.
