Re: Sims 3 launcher won't open

So I just got the sims 3 and the things that come with ea play (from my xbox game pass) and now it wont launch! I already tried restarting my pc and repairing the game but that didnt work. However, the Sims 4 comes up with the ea play icon but the sims 3 does not. Could that be why?
