    @polawisniewsk  What is "Unlocker?"  From a cursory google search, it looks like a way to download Sims 4 content you don't own.  You need to get rid of it, and if you're using or planning to use it for Sims 3, I can't help you.  It's also entirely possible that your entire issue is due to this tool: I see documentation that it doesn't even work anymore.

    Beyond that, I'd suggest doing a clean uninstall of Origin and Sims 3, just to make sure there's nothing that shouldn't be there and every necessary file is intact.  Start with Sims 3:

    • Put aside your Sims 3 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts and rename it to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 3."
    • Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
    • Launch Revo, select Sims 3 from the list, and click Uninstall.
    • Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
    • Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
    • Close Revo, and restart your computer.

    Next, uninstall Origin:

    • Quit Origin if it's still open, then right-click on the Task Bar and open the Task Manager.  Scroll through looking for Origin entries.  If you find any, click on them and End Task.
    • Next, clear Origin's cache.
    • Launch Revo again and uninstall Origin, and when it's uninstalled, select "Moderate" again and Scan.
    • If Revo finds any remaining registry entries, select all, delete, and click Next.
    • Revo will display "Remaining Data and Folders.  Select all of them except for the "Origin Games" folder, if it appears.  (This is where other Origin games are installed by default.)  Delete the rest.
    • Close Revo, and restart your computer.

    Next, download the full Origin installer and run it.  Here's the direct download link:

    Be sure to run both the installer and Origin itself as an admin: right-click on each and select "Run as Administrator."  When it's reinstalled, download Sims 3; you can just download the base game, to save time, if you want.

    Restart after installing and before playing, and allow the game to create a new Sims 3 user folder rather than reusing your existing one.

@polawisniewsk  I looked into it more, and Unlocker is indeed the name of a tool that allows people to use cracked Sims 4 content.  If you didn't install it on your computer, perhaps someone else did.

The unrecognized video card error isn't a problem, and it can also be addressed, i.e. we can get the game to recognize your card, if you want.  The message is, or should have been, that your card isn't in the game's database and your graphics options have therefore been set as high as possible, but you may need to lower them.  Or something to that effect.  But like I said, it's not a real issue and can be ignored if you'd rather just play.

Omg, the game works perfectly fine, no errors :o I don't know how to thank you, for your effort and time. Thank you so much, I really do appriciate! Not all heroes wear capes haha 🙂)
