Hey there!
Those all sound like wonderful ideas which I'm sure a lot of simmers would agree with. Overhere at the AHQ, however, we just deal with gaming issues that other users experience. It would probably be best to post these ideas in the official game forums over at thesim3.com.
With the Sims 4 (in fact many of your suggestions are present in the Sims 4) coming out in just over a month, I doubt that anything will be done, but it would still be nice to get feedback and comments from other simmers.
