@Crona14Willow You're one of several people who have had trouble redeeming a code for a Sims 3 world in the last day. I don't know what's going on myself, although the store can be unreliable and is often down for no apparent reason. But I'm forwarding your comments and the others to a community manager, and hopefully there will be an official answer soon. If not, it might be best to wait a day or two and try to redeem the code again.
EA StaffHi, thank you for responding so quickly. I went ahead and tried it again, only to the same result of the code not working when I enter it. And I have quadruple checked every letter/number, so I am certain that I am inserting the right code.
