@puzzlezaddict I’ll try that out tomorrow and hope it helps but I’m not 100% sure if it will because it isn’t just one save it’s all of them

@Outdated_Garlic I didn't realize all your saves were affected. In that case, the issue might be one of your mods. Please test with all your mods removed, except NRaas mods if you have them. You can use "save as" and reanme the save so you can experiment on the new copy and still have your original save as a backup. If simply removing the mods and deleting the cache files doesn't help, try one of the other resets I mentioned, again with the non-NRaas mods removed.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what mods you're using. Don't link them (links to mod downloads aren't allowed on this site), but you can name them, unless they contain adult content, in which case just reference the creator, and I'll know.
- @puzzlezaddict I took out the job overhaul mod and that’s seemed to have fixed it. Kind of annoying that it’s that mod because I love the realism it brings but I can live without it, thanks for the help
@Outdated_Garlic There is an option on the Job overhaul settings named "promotion chance". The setting is initially at 10 which you can change from 0-100.
