Sims 3 Error

Question

So I purchased the sims 3 Dragon valley and Roaring heights but it did not come up on Ea so I had to find the product code for my purchase and put it on the Sims 3 Exchange once I did that my game started to giving me the blank blue screen at sims 3 start up I can still play the game but it won’t allow me to log into my Ea account&nbsp;

I’ve done everything uninstalled reinstalled cleared Cache restarted my system Repaired the game taken out my Cc and nothing without being logged in I can’t use the game to play with anything I’ve ever purchased and I’ve purchased a lot of stuff&nbsp;
Can anyone help?

wildflowerrr3​&nbsp; Please clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, as described here:

If that doesn't help, clear the data again, and also rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents &gt; Electronic Arts.&nbsp; This will remove, but not delete, your saves and other content.&nbsp; The idea is to see whether the game works with no added content.&nbsp; If it does, you can rebuild your content in the new Sims 3 folder; let me know if you need help with that.&nbsp; Otherwise, the problem is elsewhere.
