@3f1cfeeedf0ade54 If you bought the expansions directly from EA, there's no need to register them. The old Sims 3 site shares information with Origin and the EA App, so packs owned in one location should also show as owned in the other.
To install Sims 3, sign into the EA App (Windows) or Origin (Mac), open your game library, select Sims 3, and download your content. If you haven't installed the base game, do that first, and you should see the option to install your packs as well. If you've already installed the base game, click Manage > Manage Add-ons (EA App) or More > Expansion Packs (Origin), and you should see a Download button for each of your new packs.
If this doesn't help, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS and where you bought the expansions.
- @puzzlezaddict I purchased them on G2A website, on the origin home page it says unlocked rather than play on the expansion packs
@3f1cfeeedf0ade54 The normal procedure here is to contact EA customer support and ask that the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of these packs be added to your account. This is simple for a support rep to do once they understand the issue.

However, I'm not sure how much help you'll be able to get for G2A codes, since that's not an authorized retailer. In theory, as long as the codes are valid, you should be able to get the entitlements added, but a support rep might hear "G2A" and just not look any further.
