Re: Testingcheats no longer working

@Tsukichild  Please start by deleting the five cache files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3.  These should be deleted regularly anyway, and especially any time you're troubleshooting.  For reference, they are:

• CASPartCache.package
• compositorCache.package
• scriptCache.package
• simCompositorCache.package
• socialCache.package

If that doesn't help, does MoveObjects On work?  With it enabled, you should be able to put almost anything almost anywhere, for example windows floating in free space.  Don't actually do this; just see if you can, and use the Undo button afterwards, and definitely don't try to move sims this way.
