Hm, maybe the code has already been redeemed but the launcher isn't indicating it properly? Try launching one of your saved games and open the main menu through there. Sometimes the worlds show up in the Downloads Dashboard there instead of the actual launcher.
Thank You! I think it was just an issue with the launcher. It's been giving me a lot of "unable to connect to Origin" error messages lately. Turns out Monte Vista was in the downloads dashboard. I clicked the install button from there and it was marked as "queued for downloading". I'm not sure if it worked. I did try to redeem the code for the premium store content that came with it, and that worked. After the redeem code went through, I went to my purchase history and it showed both Monte Vista and the content, so I think it worked. I was able to download both and I've installed them successfully. I logged into my account and was able to redeem the code for Hidden Springs and download it through my purchase history without any issues.
