Thank You! I think it was just an issue with the launcher. It's been giving me a lot of "unable to connect to Origin" error messages lately. Turns out Monte Vista was in the downloads dashboard. I clicked the install button from there and it was marked as "queued for downloading". I'm not sure if it worked. I did try to redeem the code for the premium store content that came with it, and that worked. After the redeem code went through, I went to my purchase history and it showed both Monte Vista and the content, so I think it worked. I was able to download both and I've installed them successfully. I logged into my account and was able to redeem the code for Hidden Springs and download it through my purchase history without any issues.
