i can see in the items in your link uni is indeed part of your upload as the ep icon shows up in the items tab for the other issues for your game code log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy

p.s.

do you have two different origin accounts ? if you do log into the other one if you do hav etwo different accounts contact CS to see if they can merge the accounts also just check in your my games tab to see if the game is hidden if it is unhide it
