Re: TS3-EA screws us w/Teen driving eliminating school bus for ALL kids in family

Well, my child sim had a birthday within about 7 days of the older teen and became a teen herself. When that happened, the school bus issue reset itself and the bus began coming to the home again.

That doesn't not negate the fact that this is still a pretty big glitch. What if that teen was an only child? What if the time between the teen learning to drive and the next child birthday were much greater? There is no way this should have passed testing at EA as it is a fairly significant glitch. Teen driving lessons should never have broken the bus system and surely shouldn't have done so without someone noticing. I know it was on the threads long ago and, even though EA uses forums almost exclusively to eliminate the need to actually address its paying customers, the hope is that someone from EA is at least monitoring them in order to address such issues as they arise. That is apparently not the case.

I've purchased all of the packs since The Sims (original) through Sims 3 but I will not be buying Sims 4. I'm tired of shelling out so much money and having the problems that EA doesn't address and knowing I cannot even contact you guys. It fills me with disgust that you rely on unpaid consumers to take care of the problems in your games and, should any problems not be resolved by these generous people, EA won't take care of it, leaving YOUR customers holding the bag on glitches with no one to turn to.

I was one of those unfortunate ones that purchased the Pets Expansion pack that was to provide me with the Pet Store and all of the various accessories that came with it and ended up with absolutely nothing. Zip. I was told for months that it was being fixed and I would be taken care of but that didn't happen. Eventually EA closed the case on me. And yet I still see downloads and threads of people who DID get the Pet Store and I don't read about them being unable to use them. What a farce. What a rip-off.
