@holychristian44  I've seen several reports of Sims 3 running fine on M1 Macs, with a few minor issues.  The game overall runs well and at high framerates, although there are some ugly pink lines around the UI portrait and some blurry text as well.  But it's pretty stable, no major crashing or freezing.
