redeem a code not working
I bought The Sims 3 dragon velly and when I entered the code on redeem a code on Origin, it said it was not valid. Even though it was typed in correctly and had never been used. Then I tried to redee...
@e72ffe91b8a4c317 When you say Dragon Valley refused to download, what do you mean? Does it show up as owned in your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or on its product page?

Hi dear.
I attached my difficulties as a file. After chatting with an EA representative, my order details change to fulfilled and I can no longer request a refund. I deleted and reinstalled the ea app the way she told me, but it still doesn't work. What am I supposed to do now?

If you're not able to redeem the code you've purchased, the live support team can submit a refund for this purchase even if the transaction has fully process through- while we aren't able to submit a refund for you here on the forums as we don't have access to your account and billing details, this is something the live support team can process for you.
