redeem code will not download
I wanted to play sims 3, and I have It on a disc. I got sims 3 64 bit and started to redeem the extension packs. I could not find the redeem code button, so I looked it up, and it took me to the webs...

@LemmiLemon With the Sims 3 base game installed, please click on the icon for the 64-bit version, click More > Expansion Packs, and look for your packs on the list. You may see more than one entry for each, one that says "Unlocked" and another that says "Download." Click on the Download button if you see it, and the packs should install.
If you don't have a Download button, please contact EA customer support and ask that the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of your packs be added to your account.
