try clear the internet cache and switching browsers if on chrome,safari or opera try IE or firefox
I have tried all this already. No luck.

edit to add something to try
Make sure you have Proxies turned off.
Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
