Redeem Code

My redeem code is not working. My computer was under repair for quite a while and it seemed like I needed to reinstall the program. It asked for my redeem code, but it said that it has already been used once I entered it. Which it technically has, by me. I have been trying to figure it out for a few days now, frustration has pushed me to ask about this problem. Answers would be appreciated.

Did you log into origin with the same email you used when you frist registered the game ?

You should not need to redeem/reactivate the game again, all you need to do is login with the same email you had the game on before.
