After purchasing the sims3 and all the DLC, I registered through EA. Usually, after registration, I can find the redeem free simspot button on thesims3.com to get the simspot I deserve.But when I registered the game and all the DLC.I can't find this button.I can't get mysimspoints.
KirasSpace The offer for free SimPoints was only ever for certain purchases: the base game and World Adventures, plus certain limited-edition versions of other expansions. The reports of getting points for every pack probably come from an old glitch where the Redeem Points button wouldn't go away, allowing players to get an extra 1,000 points several more times than was warranted.
Having said that, the offer stopped working over a year ago. So I've merged your post with the master thread about the issue.

I bought sims 3 base game from steam and because my steam and ea account are linked ea app automatically registered sims 3 base game code to ea account and sims 3 base icon was greyed out in sims 3 store website so I contact ea help advisor via live chat and requested to fix problem and advisor fixed it by refreshing entitlements after that on sims 3 website sims 3 base icon changed from greyed out to color and also received system message that my sims 3 base game is successfully registered but redeem free Sim points button is not appearing I tried another browser Firefox browser in incognito mode but redeem free Sim points button is not appearing can anybody tell me how to fix redeem free Sim points button not appearing.

Thank you but I have a question can ea help fix this missing free Sim points issue or if I purchase sims 3 world adventures expansion pack from steam and manually register it on sims 3 store website will I be able to see redeem free Sim points button.
aloriasanjay No, EA can't help fix this issue because the feature simply doesn't work. The button is gone. It won't appear if you buy World Adventures, or another copy of the base game, or do anything else.
