I've redeemed code for Sims3 Monte Vista, it openedd my Origin page but I coulnd't see the on-screen prompts nor the game I'm trying to download. I changed the browser, tried to redeemed the code again, it said 'the code you entered has already been used'. What do I do?

Monte Vista is a Store World and as such, is downloaded through your purchase history on thesims3.com. It does not show up in Origin.
