Redeemed Sims 3 Key with orgin before Sims 3 site now code does not work

I have purchased the Humble bundle and followed the instructions "at the time" and redeemed all codes through orgin now since there is a different solution to activating to Sims 3 now my Code does no...

i'm in the same situation. i had the 16 long key and already activated on origin. then it asked a 20 long key on installed. when humble bundle updated the keys, i used to install.

now i cant login, the game keeps asking me to login and i cant use the keys to activate my account. i don't know how to proceed ☹️
