Redeeming Sims 3 on Origin

Question

I recently bought the EA humble bundle and am having way too much trouble trying to redeem my Sims 3 code for origin. I looked up how to do it and it said to redeem it on the Sims website, so I did. The game did not show up under my origin account after, so I was very confused. I looked in the Sims website, and the Sims 3 game which I redeemed was NOT under my purchase history. I tried redeeming the code again and it said it was already used. I tried redeeming the code in Origin (the website and the client) after that and that said it was already used as well. I have no idea how to get access to my game now.

If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it, thank you.

Sorry, neither of those really helped. My code is still invalid and I have nothing in my purchase history.

Everyone who has already redeemed their code somewhere else and has no 20-digits code in their Origin client now: Our tech team is working on that but it may take some time to solve the issue.
