Zwillinga91 EA support usually goes offline for a couple days around Christmas, although I didn't expect that to happen as soon as it apparently did this year. I'd check again now, or in a day or two; things should be back to normal soon.

Hello. So can I get refund because I informed about this within 24 hours and it is not my fault that EA support shutted down and didn't inform about that in their website.
I'm not able to use the refunfd tool anymore (that time did work and runned! eventhough EAsupport was closed).
And I did try to use refund tool several times eithin those 24 hours so I truly tried to do as it has been instructed!
