Registered game, didn't get all my simpoints...
OK, I've seen this on a lot of threads but nothing I could find for the last several months, so apologies if this re-raises an old topic.
I just registered Sims 3 but only received 500 simpoints whereas the email I received said that registering was worth 1000 simpoints.
I can't get through on Livechat atm, is there any other way to get this resolved?

Edit: Nevermind, just as I hit 'Post' I got through on LiveChat. Apparently they are very busy today...
Marking this as solved since the OP seems to have gotten their points.
This is an error and only Customer Support can give you the extra points. Insist on them by saying you got an email which promised you 1000.
The base game and world adventures should both give you 1000 SP. The other EPs don't.
