@AndrewD92 There is no way to resolve this problem, unfortunately. EA does not allow games or DLC to be registered a second time, whether the new owner has proof of purchase or not. You won't be able to add any of this content to your account, and since it sounds like you're forced to use the EA App to install the game, the discs are effectively unusable.
