Registration Code "invalid", can't purchase worlds outside of USA and GB

Question

I tried to register my game but it says that the code is invalid. I wanted to purchase Monte Vista but it doesn't give me an option to buy it since I live in Croatia. Would I still have this problem if I could register the game? And what should I do about that registration code? Please help, I'm dying out here&nbsp;

In this case,&nbsp;please get in contact with an&nbsp;EA Game Advisor.You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then click on&nbsp;http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/&nbsp;- choose your game, platform, and topic to see the contact options.
