Registration Code not included in Email

I have attempted to install Sims3 on a Mac from a digital download. In the installation process it asks for a registration code that it refers to being in my confirmation email but there is no number that fits it and I can't install the game. I've tried to go to the Help Center but nothing loads in the help center—no chat, phone number or email!

Help!

  • @themixedmermaid  When you initially download the game and click the Install button, you should see the product code for the base game; the same is true when you instal a pack.  It's blacked out here:

If you can't find it, the base game key at least is visible through Origin.  Open your game library, right-click (or hold down the crtl key and click) on the Sims 3 icon, select Game Properties, and you'll see the CD key.  You can copy that and paste it into the installer.

EA customer support is operating on limited hours right now: phone calls are unavailable, and live chat is only open from 9 am to midnight, Monday through Saturday.  And support is currently swamped, so it often takes a few tries to even get in line.
