I just purchased two expansions 70 80 90 Stuff and Master Suite from Origin. I tried to install and was asked for the registration code which I don't have. According to help it should be on the Ema...

The Expansions are not installed yet. I can't install with out the registration code which Origin neglected to send me, which is supposed in the Email. Why do EA and Origin make everything so hard. Every time I have dealings with EA or Origin there is some sort of problem.
try this
log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
