Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hi, I just bought Roaring Heights and Generations add-ons from the EA app today. Generations installed with no problem, but I can't install Roaring Heights. There's no option to. It just says "In game content" with no install button. I went back to my email and found the code from the purchase, tried using that to redeem. At first, it said code accepted, so I clicked on "confirm". Then it said the code can't be used there and to use it on the Sims 3 store website. So I did, it wouldn't take the code there either saying it's already owned??? But it doesn't show up in my owned games or worlds, or anywhere. There's no record of it in purchase history. I can't get an option to download from the EA app and it says I already own it in the add-ons page. However, it's not in my game and isn't selectable when I load the game. I tired repairing my game, that didn't do anything either. 

How do I get it to install? Or should I just get a refund because I tried everything.
