Sandy Shoals Sea Shanty will not install

I am getting an error message: FeaturedLookBeach.Sims3Pack: Installation failed. You must install the associated premium content before installing the style.  I have literally clicked on every single...

    Try moving your DCCache folder to the desktop. DO NOT DELETE IT. It's all your content.

    Then try if you can install the venue again.

    If it work, move DCCache back (just overrite the newly created one) and check in game if you have the venue now,
