Saves got deleted?
So I saved and exited my game like normal, and then the next day I loaded up my game and the new game screen came up, as if it was my first time playing. I was really confused and looked into my files...

@EmileeAllene Microsoft OneDrive is how Microsoft wants you to sync your data (I think). I don't want my data in the cloud (or anywhere else for that matter) so I've turned turned off the log in for OneDrive. You can hide OneDrive - you can disable Onedrive but you can't remove OneDrive. Windows 10 is a new animal and takes certain liberties as to what Microsoft thinks you want and just assumes you'll love OneDrive. If you are using OneDrive then logout of OneDrive then the data may not be accessible locally. This is the first thing that pops into my mind.
@roberta591 I opened one drive and searched for "saves", but there was no results. Anything else you can think of that may have caused it? I was on a plane when I loaded my game and the problem occurred, if that helps at all.
@EmileeAllene What could be happening is OneDrive moves the data where the game can't find it. Login to OneDrive and see where it is storing it's data. I haven't flown in a while - do they turn off the wifi on take off and landing?
- @roberta591 I logged into one drive and the same files were there...none of them my saves. I know I didn't have any wifi on the plane, and there's a chance I put my computer on airplane mode, but I'm not sure.

- @roberta591 I tried everything the website said with one drive, but still no trace of my lost saves. I don't think I was ever logged into one drive, so my saves are not saved there
@EmileeAllene the one thing I was considering is that your game is synced to a computer that doesn't have the game and therefore deletes the folder? May get into more ideas tomorrow.
