@dyell21 It sounds like Seasons didn't get moved over properly, and its product code is deactivated or otherwise not working. You'll need to contact EA customer support again and ask that it be removed and re-added to your account. Let me know if you don't get anywhere with support.

I have done 4 or 5 chats with people and they were unable to resolve the problem
I started by mentioning what you said to hopefully get them on the right track.
Followed their suggestion to uninstall the Sims Game and the EA app after changes to settings were made by them. I reinstalled everything and the same problem.
Last person I spoke with was cool said they would submit feedback and report the bug issue with the team to review and investigate. I'm not too hopeful though
