Serious error has occured...

I've tried several methods, but the problem is still not solved... It stays the same, but when I go to Documents - Installed Worlds, the folder is empty. Could that be the issue? If not, can I still get some help? I have  Windows antivirus...Also I tried all three solutions that I found here (problems with one drive...)
