Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)

Hello, 

I am experiencing a problem with the game The Sims 3, i have just bought it and have had the code accepted and everything has gone great.

However when i start the game i am getting the error "Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)."

Is there anyone that can help me out?

    @Sherona1998 Do you have Origin for mac installed? El capitan does not support the DRM - SecuROM or SafeDisc. the DRM is now Origin.
