Sim 3 - Humble bundle

I recently got sim 3 in the humble bundle I was really happy as I've wanted the game

However when I redeemed the code the game didn't show up in my games like battlefield 3 and dead space 3 did. I thought I may have not done the process properly so I tried again to redeem it and it said that the code had already been used. I tried refreshing the page but the game still wasn't there. Help me, I was really looking foreword to playing this game

Did you guy contact customer support yet ? AskEAsupport is tweeting that you need to contact them if your codes don't work. Don't let them send you to humble support. They need to give you a new code.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

It said an error the first time I entered the key. It told me to try again later. So I did and it said it has already been used. Doesn't show up in library. Disappointed as this is my first experience with Origin...

Thats exactly what happened to me i read that relogging might help but it didn't really do anything for me , maybe it will for you but

Did you redeem the codes on the same Origin accounts that you are posting with? I want to forward them to our tech team as examples.

We are extremely sorry for the mixture of confusion and frustration that this has caused.

For the majority of the users in this thread, we will be working the next 24 hours on automatically updating all accounts that were affected by this glitch, to ensure you get a proper key for the game. I assure you that we will get this fixed.

I would also like to say thank you to everyone who has participated in the HumbleBundle and has helped raise money for charity, but again we are sorry for this issue, and we're working to resolve this.
