Sim Not Aging Up Into Teen

Thank you for your reply. I tried all of these steps both before and after removing all CC and non-NRAAS mods and she is still not aging up. Weirdly the only thing that happened when I tried triggering her age transition in another household and moved the camera away was that all of her clothes and hairs changed (which I discovered through viewing her in the relationship panel of my other sims). But yeah, even after moving her back home, resetting, and trying again, she always just starts to celebrate but there's no interaction for a birthday in the queue and she just moves on to another interaction and does not age up. I even tried having her stay moved in at the other household while her natural age up should have passed (after 12am on her birthday), but it is still not working.

I did try aging her up through CAS and was able to fix the graphical glitches with a changing of outfits and a reset, but I checked to see if she would be able to age up to a YA naturally after that and she was still not able to.
