Sim won't go to work.

I HAve been playing with a sim for a long time and I got him to be a level 10 magician. He wasn't making enough so I decided to quit my job and join the political career track. I joined the career and when the carpool came to get the sim, the action disappeared and my sim reappeared (just popped up) in the yard. The same issue occurs when I try to have the wife (who is an author) write a poetry or horror novel. She just pops up in the middle of the house.

    This bug usually has to do with corrupt career outfits.

    First try changing them into their work outfit manually before they have to leave for work. If that works out for you, take them to the dresser and change the outfit.


    If they have more than one career outfit, delete the extra ones. If they have just one, create a second one.

    As he is about to go to work and is in his "career outfit" (which at this point appears as his everyday outfit) I take him to the dresser and choose plan outfit, but it gets stuck on the "entering create a household" page. It doesn't freeze, it just keeps spinning and playing music. Should I take him to the makeover station? What can I try? I dot think CAS has a career outfit slot. I'm stuck. I was rage to try and take your advice, but I can't plan outfit to delete the corrupt carrer outfit.

    Try the cheat testingcheatsenabled true then edit in CAS to see if that works.

    CAS should have a career outfit slot if your game is updated.
