Simport and Uploads

I cannot upload my creations. I also cannot Simport.
When I try to Simport I get an error message, "Failed to Book Tour. Please try again. Failed to book the show! Please try again."
When I try to Upload a creation I get an error message, "Export Failed"
All EP except Pets and University and one SP High-End Loft Stuff
All installed using Origin

    Spoke with someone at EA Help.
    Deleted all CC
    Changed User Account Control to Never Notify

    Was able to Upload and Simport

    Changed UAC back and was still able to Upload... not sure about Simport because I only have one Sim with a high enough level to Simport.

    • Are you using custom content in your game ?
    • What is your operating system ?

    Yes I did, I just deleted it all. But the uploading issue was there before I installed anything that has CC in it.

    My OS is Windows 8.
