Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently downloaded the sims 3 for my new computer, and it only shows me owning three dlcs + base game despite me owning a large amount (all of which were activated on sims3) is there a way to get them re-registered or am I now confined to only ever playing all my dlcs on my old pc?? It's quite the amount of money so there's no way I'm rebuying all these packs

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.     iddybiddy23​ It sounds like you have a second EA account where your games are currently located. You'd need to speak with live support again for help on locating that second account in order to access your games again.

    I talked with Live Support again, and again, they did not help. I am 100% sure I do not have another account. I did explain to them that maybe because I migrated my Google account that that could've been the issue, but they did nothing to help. I had to rebuy the game from Steam, which I am very unhappy about, as it feels I wasted another 26 dollars on a game I already own.

  • So, i can't redeem my codes and they do not show up in my in my purchase history because i bought it  in person years ago. Ea support said it is a bug after 4 agents but none offered me a credit. I even offered at least a 50% credit. How can  i own the pets expansion without the full game. So clearly it is a ea side issue that support cant figure out.

    I understood correctly that you had purchased the base game of The Sims 3 a few years earlier and did not redeem the activation code and now you cannot do so? Didn't they offer you any help or manual product activation on the thesims3.com website? From what I'm currently experiencing, I know that EA support isn't very helpful, they offered me a refund. But because I recently purchased a game and my codes were already used by some miracle, I bought codes that I can't activate... I'm afraid they may not help you and you may be left to fend for yourself.  I myself have been fighting for two weeks to activate the products, because I don't want to buy again and have the same problem again.

    If they don't add the product to you manually or you won't get a refund (although I don't know if that includes after all these years), then unfortunately you'll be left to fend for yourself. Well, unfortunately, this is how consumers are treated now.

  • This is not my solution and I'm not sure why a manager moved my post here. I bought the starter pack the same time i bought pets. Pets shows up om my purchase history. So clearly, I'm using the right account but said manger didn't even look at my attachments. I couldn't own pets without the base game. The starter pack is not showing up and i have multiple issues in my purchase history where info is not showing correctly.

    Robert691983​ You'll need to continue working with live support on this as we can't view your account or billing details here on the forums. Please reach back out through the help site and provide live support with your code so they can locate your content.
